Ruby red with purple hues. Intense perfume with scents of mature red berry fruits as plum and cherry.  The taste is dry, warm, supple and harmoniously tannic. The aftertaste presents the same notes of fruits of the bouquet and light notes of spices as black pepper. Serve at a temperature of 18 C¡ã. It is the perfect complement for roasted and grilled meat ( both beef and white meat) cheeses and casserole dishes.
